By booking or using Savorwell's services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Savorwell provides private chef, weekly meal drop-off, athlete meal prep, consultation, and private event services in Greater Boston and Rhode Island. All services are performed by or under the supervision of Chef Matt Bedard.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via written or email agreement. Booking details and scheduling will be provided upon inquiry. Savorwell reserves the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. If Savorwell must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any prepaid amount will be issued.
Full payment is due on the date of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to service.
It is your responsibility to inform Savorwell of all dietary restrictions, food allergies, and relevant health conditions prior to service. While we take every precaution to accommodate disclosed restrictions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Savorwell is not liable for adverse reactions related to undisclosed allergies or conditions.
Clients agree to provide a safe, accessible, and adequately equipped kitchen for service. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons present at the service location are aware of and consenting to Chef Matt's presence.
Savorwell's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
All recipes, menus, and culinary content created by Savorwell remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Savorwell reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current Terms and Conditions.
